We are excited to announce that we have completed the build for Storewest's new storage facility!

Here are the details:

StoreWest has acquired 17 acres of land within the city limits of Chestermere, Alberta; the parcel is located roughly 5 minutes East of Calgary, on the SE corner of Highway 1 and Rainbow Road, and includes 1300 feet of highway frontage. Additionally, the parcel is considered a “Gateway” for the City of Chestermere, located beside the new community of Waterbridge, a 512 hectare residential and commercial development.


StoreWest has built an institutionally sized, diversified class ‘A’ facility in three phases, which includes approximately 72,000 square feet (net usable space) of permanent self-storage, and approximately 275 lots for RV and boat storage. Phase 1 consists of 10,000 – 20,000 sqft of portable storage units and roughly 275 RV and boat stalls. Phase 2 has developed roughly 55,000 gross sqft, or 40,000 net sqft of self-storage, comprising both heated and non-heated units. The third and final phase will complete the permanent storage facility with an additional 40,000 sqft expansion.
